Hey I'm Karie Hamilton…a Toronto Personal
Trainer, or more commonly known as Toronto's Fat Loss Queen. I've been helping people just like
you get and stay in shape and lose fat permanently for
almost a decade. I live a pretty amazing life but I didn't always have a horseshoe stuck up my butt. In fact, not too long ago my life was pretty much in the can. I was overworked, underpaid, stressed out AND chubby!!
I felt like a fraud, and started to pack on some serious pounds and ended up
tipping the scale at 20 pounds over my “trainer”
weight. All this in two and a half months!
Passing mirrors at the mall was an excruciating experience.
I’d ask myself “Who is that traitor starring
back at me?” I flat out refused to try clothes
on in ANY store. Saturday nights would send me in a
tailspin panic trying to figure out what to wear that
didn’t make me look like gross and frumpy.
My moment of reckoning came right before my 35th birthday,
in the form of a 3-week training vacation …I realized shortly after my arrival
the science, and truth about fitness in its most basic
and simple form. I witnessed firsthand
the simple and effective methods used for leaning and
toning muscle at almost lighting fast speed. No fancy
supplements, no special lotions or magic pills, and
no crazy dieting.
"Wholly crap! I got it”, I said to myself
one morning. The
“secrets” to the most effective fat blasting
and muscle-toning program ever. As soon as I started
to implement the same tried and true strategies into
my own toronto personal training practice, drastic changes occurred for all my clients! They started dropping stubborn fat and scultped their bodies into lean, and sexy fat incinerating machines!
